The Russell & Smith Ford service department is proud of its new state-of-the-art facility. The new service drive is 3 times as large, with 8 service advisor stations. This allows us to get you back on the road even faster with genuine Ford service.

Our new customer center includes a reading area, children’s play room, and a TV area, all separate.

All of our Ford technicians are factory trained and certified. Our service writers are also factory certified.

Our service department offers a free one way courtesy shuttle service within 10 miles of the dealership, including the Medical Center and areas of Downtown.

The Russell & Smith Ford service department also benefits from our Ford parts facility, the second largest in North America. This means we are more likely than anyone one else in Houston to have the parts on hand to get your Ford vehicle back on the road faster.

Our new truck service center is state-of-the-art and can handle larger trucks.
